Shipping

Most orders are typically shipped no later than 24 hours if purchased Monday through Friday. Orders purchased on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning. In most cases, orders take anywhere from 3-7 days to reach their final destination. Each order is carefully packed in a plain brown box to ensure that no damage will occur during the shipping process. In addition, all orders include a tracking number and are insured with a value of the purchase price to protect your investment in the event that it has been damaged during the shipping process. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.

At this time, we will not ship any glass to the states of South Dakota, Pennsylvania and Iowa. Any items ordered from this site that are to be shipped to any of these states will be canceled and a refund will be issued immediately.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Glass purchased from this site cannot be returned. Repairs are possible, but not guaranteed and may result in total loss.
